Hi all,

I have an SCN with Primary, Secondary and (2) expansion servers. All servers are HP DL360's, all systems are running IP Office 9.0.2 with IP Phones. This has been working fine for over a year.

The IP phones on the Expansion server are registered to the expansion itself, in a different country. I rebooted the Primary last night and now only 30 IP phones will work on the Expansion. Manager shows 30 instances for Virtual Avaya IP Enpoints. The Primary has plenty of licensing for these 45 IP phones on the Expansion.

Why wont the Expansion take the Avaya IP Enpoint licensing from the Primary?

Been there, done that

Did you configure more H323 extensions than you use? Server Edition consumes licenses for configured extensions instead of registered like essential edition does.
