Hi Does anyone know if the 10.0 Server Edition Demo version (not the IP Office Anywhere Demo) supports the new ICR functionality for Agents and Supervisors?

Cheers

Dave

What new ICR functionality?
if you provide details I can probably test on my 10.1 demo server

The new Integrated Contact Reporter. Sort of IPOCC without the IPOCC :)
The Agent logon screen looks the same as the IPOCC WebUI

I can bring up the Agent logon screen but the options as described in the docs to enable an Agent or Supervisor are not present in manager or Web Manager...

Cheers

Dave

Integrated Contact Reporter" - which is a 10.1 feature.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Sorry I meant 10.1 :)

After I decided to RTFM, I see that you have to declare you are using ICR, just the same as you have to declare IPOCC or ACCS in System settings...

I guess the Customer Service Agent licenses are the ones that apply...
Hopefully will get round to testing it tomorrow!

You need the service agent AND power user licenses.

Remember your training and you will make it back alive!

Ah when I saw ICR i thought Incoming call route
Demo mode gives Power user licenses but No Agent licences.

I have tried to use this on my demo unit a well & cannot successfully log in, i doubt it is possible to get it to work which is a shame as it would be good to demonstrate :-(

My 10.1 Demo has 5 x Customer Service Agent and 2 x Customer Service Supervisor which I assume relates to ICR as IPOCC and ACCS are licensed on the contact centre server, although not had chance to test yet.

Unless CCR is coming back :D :D

Opps my mistake , you are correct there are 5 agent licences available
Time to start playing again :-)

Why name it ICR? That's not gonna cause any confusion at all =)

ICC might have been a better option.
