server edition ARS question

system Primary 9.14

Sip Trunk to Primary
PRI Trunk to Gateway

When I call from a registered phone of the primary server it works. But when I call from a phone registered to the gateway, it fail.

Here is my Short code for my gateway

9N; DIAL 9N; Line group = ARS 52

ARS52= 9N; 9N; DIAL LINE GROUP = 20

what am I doing wrong ?

You didn't tell us what trunk you want to use for outbound dialing from gateway phones...

If you want them to use PRI you should have 9N/Dial/N/PriLineGroup in ARS. If you want them to use SIP you need something like 9N/Dial/9N/99001 (Line group to Server)

found the issue I used the line number ID instead of the Outgoing group ID
