Server Edition 9608 Upgrade Issue.

Hey Guys,

I just recently upgraded an SE system from 9.1.2 to 9.1.3. We have over 600 9608s running on this system and since the upgrade (2 weeks ago), only about 200 of the phones have upgraded. The phones that have not upgraded, ultimately look as though they are trying to pull the upgrade but cannot. The phones sit at a screen displaying "

http://10.21.5.10:80/S9608_11HALBR6_6_0_29_V474.tar"

for about 20 minutes or so before ultimately going to the normal extension screen. The phone does not pull the file nor does it upgrade. Has anyone had any issues with this in the past? Any ideas?

Sounds like a bandwidth throttle or duplex mismatch somewhere in your data network between the phones and the IP Office.

At a customer site I upgraded about 300 phones. All were fine with the exception of one single phone...

This is a customer with 4-5 different sites. A third or so of the phones have upgraded and the others just seem* to time out. The phones that did upgrade are not all at a single location which makes it a bit more confusing.
