I am stumped. We have a server edition 10.1. Uploaded some custom wav files to the server using file manager (server not even responding on SSH to use WinSCP). Moved those files to /opt/vmpro/Wavs/CustomPrompts
I selected them in the client for the menu, and saved it. The problem is the greeting is sped up, playing at twice the speed it seems. The file plays fine from the VMPro client to the phone and to the computer, but this particular file is 32.2 seconds long, on playback it shows 32.2 seconds, but in the list is shows 16.1 seconds. Screenshot attached.

Not sure what is going on.

That is why you hear the Mickey Mouse voice when calling in, the VM Client use the build in Windows audio player which can play all .wav formats.

Well this is interesting, the file is actually 8K 16bit Mono, (worked fine on the old VMPRO Windows Server) but after uploading seems to have changed to an 8bit.

I did get this fixed. I had to open up the iptables firewall for port 22(SSH) on the Server Edition server. I was then able to use WinSCP to upload to /opt/vmpro/Wavs/CustomPrompts. I reselected the files in client and everything seems to be working.

I will stand up a lab system and test this further, but it seems uploading the wav files via the File Manager in the web administration then moving it to the correct folder changes the file. Just strange. Thanks guys for the assistance.
