Server Edition - 10.1.1 -- No audio when leaving voicemail

Hello,

I have a pretty big problem on my hands with a rather large system. To put it simply, no audio is passing to the voicemail system. Auto Attendants, voicemail greetings, names, the call flows and everything else works. The problem is when you try and leave a message. When leaving a message, no audio is received by the voicemail box. This is confirmed within the logs and by hitting # at the end of recording.

10.1.1 Server Edition with no other known issues... this just started completely out of the blue.

I have restarted the entire server with no luck. I am going to try and push 10.1.2 but am out of ideas after that...

Storage is also not an issue as the server has 50GB free. My initial thought was storage but nope..
 
Is the voicemail pro password in both the IP office security settings and the voicemail pro system?

Voicemail Pro Client, Go to Administration, Preferences, General.

Wanna buy some death sticks?
 
Storage could potentially be an issue. The Linux based Voicemail Pro operates a quota per mailbox (60 minutes) which applies regardless of how much hard disk space you have available.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
This is resolved. A full reboot of the host actually somehow fixed this. Not sure how or why but Ill take it.

Just being nosey here.

What do you mean by full reboot of the Host.
is this the ipo Server Edition which you had already rebooted. was this a soft reboot.
Did you mean a power shut down to reboot the system.

or is this something else.
 
This is a virtual machine that is running on VMware. I had previously rebooted the Avaya server which did not change anything. I then had the whole VMware host rebooted which fixed the issue.
