server dumps

I have a win2k server,512mb ram,3*9gb scsi disks,

an error "0B5F : forced to use the processor with error" comes during booting after the smbios initialise
i just run oracle,sql server and not any domain controller...

the system dumps every 20 minutes..

thought it was a virus...had a full virus check..but none

later today i took back up and reinstalled every thing after thorough format.during saving the settings the server dumped again..

give me some ideas...some friends said it was due to ineffective drivers...but there was nothing during installation..or later.

and one more thing ..the scsi drives get too hot if the AC is down even for some time.

plz help me out of this.is it a problem with scsi drives,or with some thing else.should i replace some thing..
