Server crashes when restoring

I have recently "upgraded" to arcserve 9 on my netware 4.11 server It backs up ok but when I try to restore the server crashes any thoughts?

What is in the abend log?

In light of the little that you have given as to clues, I'd say check CA's site for latest patches.

Definitely check for patches for Arcserve. I've seen lots of abends that are corrected by their fixes.

Have you got SP9 installed for NetWare 4.11? CA only support Arcserve 9 on NetWare 4.11 SP9
