Server Application Unavailable - but its there!?!?

when I go to access a web app that I created 4 months ago I get the following error:

The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable.  Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request. 

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.

The thing is that the file/application is there. Any ideas? I've been racking my brain on this one for s few housrs now.

I believe this happens when server resources are tied up. Try re-booting to see if that does the trick.

CJAI,

I've gotten this error before. It was due to Microsoft update/patch that was installed on the server. Can you tell me what Event Viewer says about the error?
