Hi guys
Don’t shoot me for asking this but I would like to setup the following system in house demo system and once I have got it up and running migrate this to our main office system

IP office server addition system

Server addition installed on a dell server acting as primary server

A IP500 v2 acting as a gateway only with a phone 8 card and BRI 8 installed
I know I need a server addition license issued to the SID of the server

My question is do I also need a server addition license issued to SD card in the IP500 or do I need a second license issued to SID of the server?

I would also assume the all user, IP trunk, AV IP endpoint and voicemail licenses need to be issued to the server SID

Also what about contact store as I can’t see anywhere in the doc about this I know CCR will not work in server addition

Server Edition license is required on the IP 500V2's as well the servers.

Contact Center is not supported on Server Edition

No you will need the licenses on the server.
Only these licenses can be used on the IP500V2 itself, the rest will always be on the server.

Addition PRI channels
CTI Pro
CTI Pro wav users
IPSec tunneling.

I am running the server edition with an IP500V2 as a trunk gateway and for analog and digital phones.
The license is on the server and it will be seen by the IP500V2 and it will create a virtual license on the IP500V2.

If you use Ximaxsofts Chronicall for reporting, their call recording module is the only one supported on Server Edition.
