Hello all !

I just installed a virtualized server edition in the last release (so 9.1.6) for a customer who will only use Softphone.

On PC and smartphone it's ok (via Communicator on PC and OneX Mobile on iOS)
But they have some Mac so we will use Avaya Communicator for Web (i only avec Power User licences)

In this case i need the WebRTC Gateway service, but this one don't want to start.

Via SSH, if I try a "start all" i have the following :
Code:
Avaya webRTC Media Gateway is started..
Avaya webRTC Signaling Gateway is starting...
Avaya webRTC Signaling Gateway failed to start as apache-tomcat is not running
Avaya WebRTC Application /PhoneService is starting...
Avaya WebRTC Application /PhoneService failed to start as apache-tomcat is not running
Avaya WebRTC Application /netz is starting...
Avaya WebRTC Application /netz failed to start as apache-tomcat is not running

On the webpage, via debug logs, i have some errors like (when i try to stop/start again the service) :
Code:
17/05/16 11:14:17:093 [ERROR] [main] (MGServerBoot.java:112) - Failed to start JMX Management server
java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 5555; nested exception is:

Does anyone has seen the same problem ?
Any ideas to resolve this ?

Thanks a lot !

Fabien

Do you have access to WebManager and onexportal ? it seems your tomcat server is not running.

Hi Nico :)

Yes, WebManager and oneX are working fine so for me it's ok for tomcat, but as it shown in the first code part

Avaya webRTC Signaling Gateway is starting...
Avaya webRTC Signaling Gateway failed to start as apache-tomcat is not running

So i don't know ...

A SR is already open but they are not very fast so maybe someone has an idea :)
