I''m running Windows 2003 Server STD Edition. I have an internal ISDN card for connecting to the internet. After been on the net for a while the system reboots itself. In the event log there are two errors that come up before the machine reboots.
Error Number 1:
Source: ACPI
Event ID: 5
Description:
AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to write to an illegal IO port address (0x4d0), which lies in the 0x4d0 - 0x4d1 protected address range. This could lead to system instability.
Error Number 2:
Source: System Error
Event ID: 1003
Description:
Error code 00000035, parameter1 ffb91628, parameter 2 00000000, parameter 3 00000000, parameter 4 00000000
I have flashed and unpgraded the BIOS and reinstalled server but this makes no difference. When the machine is not connected to the interner these errors do not appear and there is no reboot of the machine.
Anybody out there that can help me sort this out?
Thanks in advance.
