serial feature key

I will change my feature key from paralel to serial. It doesn't work. I have restart my pc with feature key server : no change.
Why ???

Cause you cant use serial key on PC, only on serial port of IP Office.

You also need your licences be moved to the other serial dongle number and the ip-adres of the licence server in your config must be left empty.

When you say it doesn't work what doesn't work.
Are the licences invalid or is the licence key coming up a white box with a cross in the task bar.

Thank you for your help.
I have put te dongle on the ip office, transfer my old licence to the new dongle and restart the ip office.
All is corrct now.
