Separating data groups on report 1

I would like to create a report that shows multiple visit records for each patient. I would like the patient name to show as the first field on the first record for each patient's group of detail records but not on any of the other records for the patient For example

Name Visit date Clinic
Jones, John 1/1/1999 Health center
2/2/1999 Outpatient

Smith, Mary 2/2/1999 Inpatient
3/15/1999 Maternity

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Try setting the Hide Duplicates property for the patient name text box to Yes
