sent items missing

I have Exchange 2000, windows 2000.

When I use my e-mail client which is Outlook 2000 to send e-mails, they dont get saved in the sent items folder. I know that they are being received ok.

I have no rules set in Outlook 2000 and I have checked my e-mail options, and 'save copies of messages in sent items folder' is ticked.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem??

Silly one ... but make sure your view is not set to Unread Messages or some other personalized view setting. *Remember.......
