sending users a message

I have a win2000 server and xp clients. How would I send a message to all users or just one user, i.e. "The Internet will be down for an hour for mantainance" ?

The way I do it...

Start... Run... cmd [enter]

at the c:
net send /domain:domainname The Server will go down....

net send * message

will send your message to all NT based PC's attached to your network.
