Problem: I have a user who has access to an executive members calendar. She sends out an appointment lets say to me. Let's say I have my assistant to accept the appointment as a delegate for my calendar. After she accepts the appointment, she then go to the calendar event and forward the appointment to another person. When the other person receives it and appears as if the message came from the executive staff memeber. Is a fix or feature that I can disable to prevent this from occuring? The problem gives the appearence like person who scheduling my appointments has the permission to send on behalf of the executive. In reality, my assistant does not have delegate access for the executive anywhere. Please help. This is driving me nuts.
