I'm having a problem sending group email through outlook.
If the group holds more than 5 it sends okay, however anything larger the emails come back. I can send one at a time without problem.
Any clues would help.
Thanks

Your email is confusing:

first you note that if the group has more than 5 it works ok, then you add that anything more than that is a problem.

How many people are in your group?

Have you sent to the same group before?

If you group is huge, is it possible that your mail server has a spam filter that limits the number of recipients listed on an individual message?

What version of Outlook or Express are you using?

Good luck. Mahalo,

Look, OE is not very good at Group Emails.

I strongly suggest BLAT,
Or my stuff, if your list is changing and output (CSV) from a db or ss.

Or something else.

OE makes a simple task that was nicley done in about 1975 on DecNet into a nightmare, and maintaining the list efficiently is much harder.

Don'cha know, you are supposed to shell out for O, not use OE (smile).

sorry for the confusion - we are using Outlook - not OE.
There are multiple emails in the group and when the user sends a bulk email to the group a dameon comes back saying address not found. However, she is able to send emails individually to the ones that bounced back - just not via a group. Does this make sense?
