Sending Faxs using Outlook

I'm trying to send faxes to numbers i have listed in an Access DB. I want to use outlook to send these and use the format in the To: line of

[fax: ###-###-####]

when i test this using our fax machine at work, i get the error "None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient" What do i need in order to set up outlook this will work for me?

First, Outlook needs to know something about the fax service that's being used. Second, Oulook will only work with certain fax services, so it may not work with whatever your 'fax machine' is. See
