I have a user that has set up multiple distribution lists in Outlook 2000 of about 1200 email addresses. He is able to send emails BCC'd to this list with no problems so it isn't restrictions due to the number of email addresses. Several other people have ownership rights of the folder in Outlook but when they send the email using the distribution lists as BCC it sends the email to only those in the To: box. It does not go to the distribution list that was BCC'd. Could it possibly have anything to do with the fact that he is the one that created and maintains the list under his login?
