My office is running MS SBS 2k w/ Exchange 2k.
When one of the employees tries to email the boss, unless she types in his email address, her emails get rejected. The delivery report reads:
From: System Administrator

To: /Cn=(org)/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=(user)
Subject: xxx
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
/Cn=(org)/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=(user) on 3/29/2005 7:36 AM
The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check the address and try again.
<server.domain.local #5.1.0>
Now I believe the /Cn... is the x400 address which is automatically created by Exchange, but why is Outlook on her machine sending to that address rather than the domain.com which is set as primary in AD?
The problem started several months ago when I had problems with my boss' AD account. I deleted it and recreated it, re-attaching the exchange mailbox to the new account. I first noticed the problem in the GAL, so I directed everyone's address book for our in-house recipients to pull from the 'All Users' instead. Everyone's email works fine except this one machine which is W2k running Outlook 2k3.
