Hello,
Is possible send digits via DIAL (from phone) to login/logout an agent in call distributors groups??

So what's "DIAL" mean

From an analog set you can login/out by dialing spree code plus activity code. You must dial from the phone to be logged in/out.

That login/logout is individual for skillset? Can an agent log in/out to/from a skillset and the agent remains logged in other skillsets??
