I have a use that was sending emails to another user outside our company back and forth where all of the sudden the the emails from our end stoped being delivered. The user sent me the notice. The reason was because the email address from some reason changed. An "s" was added to her last name. Can someone tell me if:

1. They have hear of this thing happening
2. What is causing this
3. How can I resolve this issue.

Is it on our end?

- Thanks in advance

I've seen mailing lists reject mail because the users address is different than the one they used to subscribe. Sometimes users have several addresses, and use one of them to subscribe.

In this case, I had to set a different address to be their default address so when the mailing list checked her address it was the one they were allowing to post.

Post the error message and that will help pinpoint what you need to change to fix it.
