Send To Mail Recipient Stuck In Outbox

Strange problem for me and another user. When ever a file (any file) is right clicked and "Send To Mail Recipient" is selected the email gets stuck in the outbox. It is italicized and will send if I double click it and click send from the outbox. Up until recently everything worked fine. I have searched high and low and can't come up with anything. We are using Office XP SP3 with XPP SP2.

Are you using ISA server as a firewall?

I guess that's not the problem then! I take it everything else is OK: such as the In Box is refreshing automatically (without the need to switch to another folder and then back to the In Box)?

Yes, everything is else works just fine with outlook.
