My users syncronize their folders on the exchange server with their Outlook 2002. However when they go in a set the folders they want avialable offline it does not automatically include new subfolders. Therefore everytime they add a new folder or subfolder, they must go in and add those new folders to be made avialable offline. Is there a way that I can either automate this from the server, or patch or a setting within Outlook 2002 that can baiscally select all folders and incluse newly added folder?
