Send / Receive takes a very long time to complete

Hello all.

When i click Send and Receive on Outlook XP. When it works on the Microsoft exchange Server task, it takes ages to complete.

The environment is Windows 2000 server running Exchange 2000 Server, clients are a mix of outlook 2000 and XP.
