It needs to be configured through an ARS table. You'll need to set up a separate dialing short code apart from your default dialing code, and configure the mobility tab to dial out twinned calls using the new short code. I.E if your twinning passthru shortcode is 6N, then instead of putting in 91 xxx xxx xxxx, you will need to put 61 xxx xxx xxxx in the mobility tab. From there, you need to have an ARS table set up for 6N to pass through and send the original caller ID.

That's my understanding of how it should work on 10.1, but if i'm incorrect in any way, I'm sure one of the helpful experts on this forum will correct me and help you out.

don't know if there's any difference on "powered by" but generally with SIP trunks you would configure this in the SIP URI since 10.0.

On the URI, there is a section labeled "Forwarding And Twinning" - Set "Send Caller ID" to "Diversion Header" through the drop-down list

cheers guys!
