Exch2003 + Outlook 2003.
We have a mail enabled Public Folder which lets our users view, share & reply to all team mail. I have also given the team "send on behalf of" for this folder which is great except when they do this it pulls thru their Outlook signature. Is it possible to have a public folder signature or even force it to be blank?

Secondly, they moan that they need to "remember" to include the "From" field & browse to the mail enabled public folder..

Is this the way it is, or am I missing something?

Thanx
G

A public Folder is NOT a Mailbox in the strict sense, so the general rules do not apply.

Oh, ok.
Any ideas of what I should do doing? Are they asking for the impossible here?

Cheers

Kind of... That is just the way it is.
If they have 2 cars, they need to pick the right key a well ;-)
