Hello all,
I'm having an issue with a user trying to send email on behalf of her boss. Everytime she sends an email with her bosses name in the FROM field it says it is from HIM and not sent on behalf of him. She needs to be able to see his emails through the folder list view as well, so she has Mailbox permisssions as well as Inbox permissions. Does anyone know how I can get this to work.
 
Wrong permissions.
You need to set the Send on Behalf permission, NOT the full permission to the mailbox!

Ok. There seems to be a bigger issue going on. I gave her no permission to his mailbox and only gave her send on behalf of and the email still looks like it's coming from him.
