A user has send on behalf permissions to a mailbox and 90% of the time it works perfectly. However, they claim that it fails 10% of the time, sending the mail from themselves rather than the mailbox they have rights too, even though they completed the From field as normal.
To be honest I'm convinced it's user error and they didn't actually complete the from field. Though they are adament they did.
Has anyone had this problem before, or know how I can prove they didn't send the message correctly??
