Send Object Email List

I need to send a report (use SendObject) in a snapshot format to a number of recipients. My list of email address exceeds the character limitation for all fields (TO,CC,BCC). All addresses that I am sending to are in an exchange environment utilizing Outlook 2000. In Outlook I have a distribution list for all the addresses. Is their a way to either exceed the character limits of the address field(s) in access or to send an object to an outlook distribution list?

Don't see why you couldn't. I send excel spreadsheets using a distribution list. Give it a try by creating a distribution list with your email address and sending the object to the name of your distribution list be sure to enclose distribution list name in quotes. Let me know if this works.

Thanks. I guess I was having a brain fade. I didn't think of using the quotes. When I would just enter the list name it would error because it would not recognize it as a legit email address, but the quotes took care of it. Thanks again!
