Send many eamils at once

Not a good lead in, but I downloaded 300 emails to my machine before closing a email account. Now I want to send them to my new address, from Outlook express. Is it possible to do this and how?

The simplest way to do this is, create your new email account in Outlook Express then drag and drop the emails from 1 inbox into your new one.
