We recently moved up to Exchange 2003. In the web interface, is there a way to send messages as plain text? It appears that if you log-in as a Basic client, Exchange sends the mail in plain text, but if you log-in as a Premium client, all mail gets sent in RTF or HTML. Is there a way for the user to decide in which format the message should be sent? Thanks.

Hi rollout,

Just wondered if you ever found a solution to this. One of my colleagues has just left and i have inherited a support call thats been ongoing for months as they have an application which connects to Exchange to send automated emails and they've not found a way of ensuring that this is plain text every time.

Does anyone know if there is a way of creating a rule to ensure that messages sent from a particular email address as always sent as plain text?

Any help or ideas much appreciated!

Many thanks,

Chris
