Hey All-
Quick Question. I know you can do this, and I've been thru all the options to no avail. Running Outlook 2000. Basically, I want outlook to attach my business card to any outgoing emails (replies, new, forward, etc). I know you can save your v-card and just attach it to every email, but i'd rather not do that (and i'm pretty sure you can do it the automatic way). Any thoughts?? Thanks!

From Outlook's help file:

Include a vCard with your autosignature
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Mail Format tab, click Signature Picker.
Click New.
Select the options you want, and then click Next.
Under vCard Options, select a vCard from the list or click New vCard from Contact.

In addittion, if you already have a signature file, you can edit it and add the vCard there.

Thanks for the post! That's exactly what I thought it would be. However, we're using MS Word for an editor, so the Outlook signature picker is disabled. Word has it's own signature picker, but does not include provisions for V-Cards. Am I stuck, or is there another solution?
