I have a general mailbox that specific users need to be able to attach to and send from. I have followed MS KB Article Q327000 on Grant Send As/Send on behalf. I cant seem to get it to work. The users are able to OPEN and view the mailbox, but when you try to send, you get the garbage that says you dont have suffient rights. These people must be able to SEND AS, not the SEND ON BEHALF.......Can someone PLEASE clear this up?

Right click the mailbox, click properties, click the security tab, add the users that need send as rights and check the send as right permissions, click OK. Wait for replication (10-15 minutes...depends), test.
