Send as a different e-mail account

I have a system that I have setup a full set of sorting rules. Once the e-mail has been sorted out of the main account it then goes into the correct queue. After it hits the queue and gets responded to it then goes back out via the filtered address it cam in on. I need it to do a send as just before it comes out of the echange box back to the customer. The reason for this whole thing is that this company wants to have a single point of contact to the general public, but have filtering inside to make the queueing better and more efficient. I am hoping that there is a way to do this on the exchange server, but I am open to option utilizing outlook xp or 2003 and plugins. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
