Send an email from VB

I think that this isn't too dificult. But I am looking for a way to send an email from a VB app.

There are quite a number of threads related to this. If you choose the Keyword Search tab and enter "send email" as your search key you will be directed to numerous threads.

I've done it using the MAPI controls. Not too hard, but maybe not the best way. But it can be done.
