Send a Report as an Email in Access 2000

I have a report (called Chase Form) and a form called "Chase Notes ". I would like to send a report by email which is easy enough.

However i would like to send specified records in a report only, which is determined by a specified field in the table, say the field is called [REF].

Any ideas? Thanks for your time and help.

Base your report on a query and include a condition for the specific field in the query.
