Send a mail to everyone but one...

When I want to send an email with MS Outlook 2000 and choose to send to a group, can I then choose one member in this group who won't get the mail?

If you are going to need to do this very often, just make a new group (distribution list).

As Smah says, you can copy groups and then delete someone from the copy.

Yea, I know, but if it is so that you are sending this email once there is alot of x-tra work I think.

Well, you could go into the group
Edit it
Delete the user from it
send the mail
add the user back in

takes about 30 seconds.....

One problem with that, I'm not an administrator on the exchange server.

Yes, that seems to be the only way...

But it would be nice if you just had to write down "-name"
and that person wouldn't get the mail.
