I think this should be a pretty easy answer, but here goes...

I am using my databse to populate when from a survey. One of the questions requires the respondents to give the names of products that they have heard of. I want these products to be placed in a dropdown using the lookup wizard, but then when i click on them in the form, they will then poluate another text or memo (?) box to show what products they have heard of. Get me?

Hope someone can help.

Thanks in advance.

Matt

Are you saying you want

1. the end user to be able to select several items from the pull-down, and then the elements be copied into a memo field, or

2. that each time the user clicks an option from the pull down the element will appear as an appended term in the memo field, or

3. (most likely) I've missed the point again.

No - you've not missed the point or lost the plot for that matter! I believe i require the first option that you have stated above. For example, The database states a question "what products have you heard of?" through which there is a drop down of all the products that we offer. I want he user then to be able to select a product and it will then be copied over to another box, whether that is a memo field, i am not sure. The user can then do this for a few of the products if the person who they are asking has indeed heard of more then one.

Do you get what i am after?
