Seemless Windows - not quite

I've just upgraded one of our Terminal servers to W2K with Metaframe 1.8 (yeah I know you did that Years ago !!!). When I logon with the client to a published app, I get the W2k screen "applying your personal settings" and a quick flash of the guy with the flying umbrella. I would prefer not see them, any ideas ?

I can just chnage the .bmp file of the flying guy, but don't know what to do about the windows screen.
