Seeking a user email

Hi there,
My boss just walk in to my office and requested that i need to find one of my user's email with the tittle such and such from the last 30 days. This is a confidential issue, so we don't want the user know this. So PLEASE HELP ME HOW CAN I DO THIS? We are using the exchange 5.5.MUCH MUCH MUCH THANKS.. I need to get back to my boss today, so your ealies response is much appreciated.

Seeing as you've most likely got Admin access to the Exchange server, just create an Outlook profile on your PC, or any PC with Outlook on it and login to that user's account and search their mailbox. They won't know you're in there as long as you don't delete anything, just watch that you don't change the status of any messages from read to unread or anything like that.
