See the name of a external call

I want to avoid some external call.

1 if i see the name i can release the call.
2 if the PBX can send automatically this call to another extension.

If you have vectoring you could set up the ANI in a VRT, then route accordingly.

are you using loop start or pri lines? José

you should call your bell rep most of them only send the number and not the name. in which case only the number will display no matter what you do . José
