Security warning synchronizing Palm V with Outlook 2002 1

I upgraded a user from Office 2K to Office XP. Now when he tries to sync his Palm V, he gets the security warning that a program is trying to access his Outlook address book and he has to click to allow this. I have updated his HotSync and Pocket Mirror software but same. It does sync if he clicks to allow, just annoying. I do have users with Office XP that are not getting this error. However, they have newer model Palms??? Thanks for any help.

Here's a little utility that will click the button for you automatically. But keep in mind that using this will effectively negate the reason for the security warning in the first place.
