Security Update Failure

I attempted to run the IIS Security Update program sp5i386.exe on my Win 2000 Professional PC.

As per the instructions, I Stopped all of my IIS operations.

I then attempted to run the program, but quickly into the execution I got the following error message:

Procedure entry point setupapi.CM_DISABLE_DevNode could not be found in the dynamic link library CFGMGR32.dll

I checked for the presence of CFGMGR32.dll and found it within my %systemroot%\system32 directory.

Help!!!
