Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has ran into the same situation as I? I am using BE9.0 with Symantec Corporate Edition AntiVirus and get a failed status everynight when trying to backup e-mail boxes. I am assuming that the AV has priority over a file that it is scanning or has deleted? The log in BE9.0 gives the error 'Access Denied to file ***. Top of information store...etc..' Is there anyway to configure BE to only look at mailboxes right before it is about to backup instead of at the beginning of the job--without using a cluster environment to pick up where the job failed? Any ideas would be appreciated....I'm tired of seeing red every morning! LOL![[dazed] [dazed] [dazed]](/data/assets/smilies/dazed.gif)
P.S. -- I can't stop the AV at any time.
Thanks---Barny28
