thread940-1737290. I'm getting a "Security Certificate Expire in xx days" message whenever I open up the Manager. I've tried setting my certificate option to "none" under Preferences but it's still popping up. How can I disable this ?

Go to security settings and delete the certificate. IPO will generate a new one itself. You will get a warning that IPO will be unresponsive for a few minutes but from my experience it will work though.

Thanks Derfloh. I actually tried that twice but it didn't resolve the issue. ANy other suggestions ?

First I would kick the IP Office in the guts (reboot) and try deleting the certificate again.

Then,

I'm a copy paste cowboy but I can't say it better:

1) Use ipo manager to communicate without certificate
File > Preferences >security > Manager certificates Check > to None

2) Default the security settings which creates another unique, self-signed instance
with same name but differing instance.

3) Security settings > system > identity certificate > delete the certificate and save security configuration ipo will generate a new self signed certificate.

It doesn't get much worse.
