Hi,
I have a Terminal Server Application server running some very sensitive software. I need to configure printing so that the user can only use the printer created for his/her instance of the application. At present the user can select any printer and print. This is not good as confidential data can be sent anywhere.
Any help I can get on the subject will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Sorry, I forgot to mention that this is a Windows 2000 Terminal server operating in a Windows NT4.0 domain.

You get the printers for every other active user - set the creator owner to full and everyone to none for each printer and that may cure the problem.

Is everyone an admin? I thought ordinary users didn't see the other printers.
