I am installing CSG 3.0 on a Windows 2000 server in my DMZ when I install it and I fun through the configuration when I go to add the Secure Ticket Authority details I get an error:
The Secure Ticket Authority specified cannot be contacted.
To ignore the warning and enter the ID click Continue.
I have tried reinstalling the CSG with no luck. I have tested telnetting to my PS4 server on my internal lan on port 80 and 1494 and that works. The STA log shows that it is up and running but no other data. I am running the XML service on the default port 80, and the STA shares that port. I'm not sure what could be the problem and have found nothing in the Citrix knowledgebase as of yet.
Any help would be appreciated.
