Secure Delete Files

I want to secure the behavior of the Windows Delete Tool to completly delete the files and content with a secure way ..

Do u know any tool to do this ,,
I found a lot of tools which need a Personal interruption to make the secure Delete ,, But I need to replace th eoriginal delete Software by a tool which does this itself..

Any Suggestions ?!
